Cadder Cemetery

Hi Carole,
I may be going to Cadder cemetery soon to look for the grave of my ggrandfather...if you want me to look again for you, let me know the names to look for.
Did you check the gravestones for the grave number you have...sometimes they are etched in the base of the headstone.

Kiltie,
Do you have the lair numbers. If so, as I am less than a mile away, I can arrange to photograph your graves for you if you wish.

BIRTH AT WOODILEE.....

We recently discovered that a great aunt who spent the latter half of her life at Woodilee gave birth to a baby girl there a few months after her admission. This was in 1922. Does anyone have any clues how we trace what became of that child. We can find no death record. What would the normal fate ha...

JOHN WRIGHT

Hi Gayle I am researching the Wright name. It was my maiden name. My paternal grandfather was a John Wright born in Glasgow in the 1880s. I never knew him as he and my grandmother divorced when my dad was wee but in researching his ancestry, I find that there was a cluster of Wrights who came from D...
