I was looking through an old recipe book of my Mothers. She must have gone to cooking lessons in 1935 before she was married. Greenock /Gourock

During WW2 my father worked on, I assume damaged or converted ships . He was a Joiner and was away during the week to one of these places.
Which one would it have been?
