Hi Andrew,
Very weird that the child has no name when baptized .
According to the IGI it was a male child.
He appears to be the only male for these two .
Can't look for a death if I have no name !!
Oh well this is what genealogy does to you

1915 valuation Roll.
There is a Thomas Mulgrew at 98 Elder Street Occupation Hammerman
and a Thomas Mulgrew 110 King street Occpation Plater
Have you found them on the census ?

The 1915 Glasgow valuation roll has 5 Mulgrews listed as Tenant/ Occupiers.
If you know James's father name I will have a look for you to see if he is one of them.
There is lots of Data on the IGI family site for Mulgrew.

Hello Alan, Thanks for that explanation, but it is so sad that there are Hundreds of Thousands on these lists noted in this manner. So if you are looking for a missing ancestor and know their age and previous occupation search for them under their initials and they may just turn up here. Correct me ...
