A distant family relative Jean Elizabeth Lando died 28 July 1952 aged 17 at Garvald Farm, Dolphinton, West Linton.
I believe her death may have been a result of a car accident but I cannot find any mention in a local newspaper.
Could anybody with access to the newspaper web site look for me please.

The RCE has alterations to the name age and sex. The cause of death was by natural causes, exact nature unknown.
We were told by a friend of Elizabeth's a few years ago that it was a road accident.
