Welsh Wills - Ancestry

Post by Currie » Fri Aug 27, 2010 3:48 am

England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations),1861-1941 http://search.ancestry.co.uk/search/db.aspx?dbid=1904

Could some kind soul please tell me if there is anything in the database for my GGGrandfather and two of his sons? I suppose it’s possible that the 1867 deaths could be caught up in the 1868 list for which there are supposed to be gaps.

William Morris, Farm Labourer, died 18 October, 1867, at the Rectory, Llanrhyddlad, Anglesey, age 83.

Ebenezer Morris, Master Shoemaker, died 28 July, 1867, at Lleiniau, Llanbedrog, Carnarvonshire, age 56.

Morris Williams, Rector of Llanrhyddlad, died 3 January, 1874, at the Rectory, Llanrhyddlad, Anglesey, age 64.

Any assistance much appreciated,
Alan

Hi Alan,

PM me your email address and I'll send you the entry for Morris Williams, Rector. There is also a William Morris, but he died in June 1865 and an Ebenezer Morris who died in March 1867.

Carol :D
