Glasgow Post Office 1893/94 & 1903/04 Directories

Hi all
Does anyone have access to the above Glasgow Post Office 1893/94 & 1903/04 Directories?

Looking to pin down James McNicol, property agent and House Factor, office premises at one time (but maybe later than this period) at 79 Robertson Street, Glasgow. Living in Bearsden by 1901, not sure where he was living in 1893/4.

Any help look up would be much appreciated.

Midlothian & Fife - Goalen, Lawrie, Ewart, Nimmo, Jamieson, Dick, Ballingall.
Dunbartonshire- Mcnicol, Davy, Guy, McCunn, McKenzie.
Ayrshire- Lyon, Parker, Mitchell, Fraser.
Easter Ross- McCulloch, Smith, Ross, Duff, Rose.

1893 -4 Directory the entry is as follows
Mcnicol James house factor and insurance agent 79 Robertson street

1903-04 Directory is as follows
Mcnicol James house factor and insurance agent,79 Robertson street
house Huntley,Bearsden.
