done it through the national archives.


the informant was another householder in the same building as him (no relation) given that forty years have passed unlikely they are still about.

Do hope they have some records for you - can't think of any other way you will get the information at this time. I will try & get to the library & double check if there was an intestacy. If he had any assets in Australia they would probably have to be handled by the Public Trustee (or whatever name it then had in NSW).

The only possible electoral roll record I can find online is this one

yeah I saw that one too trish, could be a possible.

i sent an email to the service that holds details of wills to see if i could gleen any info there, they have nothing either.
