Where is Castle St. & Castle Sq. Stonehaven

I was reading your post, and as I actually stay in castle square, I thought i would drop you a line.
What was your familys name i am asking because next door to me is a lady who has lived here all her life she is in her 80's but her father lived here and her granda lived here, but she said that she has never known of a smiths court here, just the square and street.
