st olives ????

hi there i have recently found a distant cousin of mine was placed in care in fife i believe nr kilcaldy , his memory is not that good so im a little vaugue but he recalls a st olives ? , would anyone be able to shed light on this please , we are looking between 1942 to 1955 !
