In case this has not been posted before, I thought I should mention it.
All the gravestones in this churchyard have been photographed and transcribed and can be found free of charge at http://www.uphall.org/
They are, of course, available in the West Lothian MI booklet, but only up to 1855
Best wishes

Re: St Nicholas Uphall West Lothian
Hi Andrew
Glad it was of help to you.
I was hoping it would solve the burial place of one pair of my gg grandparents, who died in 1909 and 1910 in Broxburn.
They are not in Uphall cemetery (I've checked with the Council) I have actually walked round St Nicholas Churchyard and couldn't find a headstone. The only answer now is that they are in St Nicholas, but no headstone. I even walked around Ecclesmachan Churchyard, just on the offchance. Ah well, you can't win them all
Best wishes
Jean
