Has anyone any idea where I would get in touch to find a lair number in Annan Cemetery.

I tried a "Google" and would suggest http://www.dumgal.gov.uk/dumgal/ as a place to try, but their web site seems to be playing up so I can't access the burial contacts info. Try "burial" as the search criteria on the site - you will see the link which seems to contain the info you need, but it returns a page with no info!

Sorry, I even tried that one and got passed to three or four differant people, I think it might take a trip up to Scotland. I tried Annan town hall today as well and got a very unhelpfull lady, may try the local undertakers.

At last I have had an answer from Annan, after about six calls I spoke to a lovely young lady called Shona and not only did she get me the information she sent me a map of the cemetery and a copy of the lair records.
