Hi, I have been trying for hours to register to the Scotland's people site so as to purchase some credits, it won't let me and I am getting to reply from any body on the web site,

Are you wanting to update your registration from the old website - or have you never used it before? Do you have popups blocked?
If you access the new website there is a register/log on link top right - it will popup a small window with 2 options - defaults to log in - click right hand tab to register.
Check that your password is OK - must be as follows
Your password should be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number
