Hi Carol,

No I didn't get it the first time, but here it is now

John L. Clerihew m. Barbara T. Jackson on 14 October 1915, Providence, RI.

Regards
Marilyn

P.S.

I'm not sure where else John and Isabella Taylor would have gotten married
Carol take another look at my post above ^, I said that John & Isabella were not married in Providence. We have 36 other cities & towns in RI. My best guess would be they married in Cranston, RI which is the next city over from Providence or maybe even slipped over the line and married in Massachusetts?

Marilyn, you're the best! :D

I was hoping for something simpler than 36 x location =?

My husband keeps appearin in the doorway with a phone in his hand.

2 x 1 phone line = :D + :-

I'm going to check out marriage certs. in Montgomery county, OH while I have a chance.

Just to make this more fun: Barbara T. Jackson who married my grandfather's brother John was Barbara TAYLOR Jackson.

Isabella T. Munro who married my grandfather was Isabella TAYLOR Munro.

My grandfather's sister Isabella married John TAYLOR.

Barbara lived next door to my grandfather and his brother in 1901. They were at 20 Portland St. and she was at 18 Portland St.

I don't have a clue who all these Taylors were. I'm going check out the Halloween candy that my husband just bought--even though we are so far out in the woods that we haven't had trick or treators the whole 8 years we've lived here!
