Just got round to checking some 1911 census and low and behold Albert is there with not Helen but Chrsitina and her husband William Brown Reid.
He is listed as Albert Stewart Reid age 12 born Partick, Glasgow.
Im wondering if christina took him into her household as he is only 1 year older than her eldest son rather than have him as an illegimate nephew.
