Check that you are looking for the correct format of file when you look for it again - it should be a TIFF not a JPG.

It'll probably depend on what type of computer you are operating, how you find it again [I'm no expert] but
I would right click on Start, choose search and pick the date/time you saved it and the place you thought you'd put it [desktop, my documents or whatever] and let windows look for it.

Hopefully an expert will help you out if you tell us exactly what you have....

okay, think ive worked it out - i needed to update Java on the computer

Im going to upload again to gallery

Rachael - confirm you're not meaning the 'save' from the menu bar, but the icon from the SP list of things at the top of the certificate you're looking at - after the line that says 'you may be charged for other pages of you have not viewed them before'...

yep, it was the icon i was clicking - since ive updated the Java I can now see the file on the computer so hopefully its now uploaded to the gallery properly :D
