Hello Alison,
although the marriage register entry is clearly written as Kinningham, the only other Kinningham records in SP are 2 OPR births and 2 OPR marriages, the last of which is in 1732.
Raymond Evans of GROS has agreed to check the original marriage schedules. These are in the bowels of a building some way from NRH, so please allow some time for further news.
Regards,
John

Re: Cunningham / Kinningham
Hello Alison,
many thanks are due to Raymond Evans for arranging the photocopying of the original schedule of marriage from the bowels of a building distant from NRH. There are some inconsistencies on it, but the surname is clearly written as Kinningham.
I shall gather together other evidence and take it up further with Raymond and others in GROS if necessary. My aim is to have the index update to include Cunningham, so that others have a reasonable chance of finding this entry.
If you e-mail me, I can send you a scan of this document, or post it if you include your address.
Regards,
John
