Hi Anne

Just had a look at the 1841 census on Freecen. This Janet Sneddon (with the mother Agnes Love) and her husband Alexander Gillon were living beside one of my Sneddons and one of my Burts in Carlincroft South Row, Old Monkland.

There's got to be a connection here somewhere, if only we can find it

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a connection...too many coincidences, I think!

I'll try to concentrate on some of the other Love's and see if I come up with anything.

Hi again, Jean,
Here's another one for you to look at...David Sneddan married Isabella Love, 19 April 1834, Falkirk, Stirling. This one is mine...I just confirmed it by pulling the Disposition for her father, James Love who mentions David Snedden as the husband of his daughter, Isabella.
