Hi Dolly:

Your certificate was saved in a format that was not recognizable by TS software. I have re-saved it in TIFF format and it has now been posted

http://talkingscot.com/gallery/displayi ... ?pos=-1422

When I started downloading files, to make things easier for myself, I created a folder called ScotlandsPeople Downloads, where I store all the original files I download. For example: D1920_644_15_0029Z.tif When I work on them with my imaging software, I do Save As Kelly Catherine O'Ryelly D1920_644_15_0029Z.jpg.

That way I have the original and a copy in the appropriate family file.

If you don't want to have duplicate files, you can go back into SP and download another copy to your PC and upload it to TalkingScot without opening it, and everyone on the board will be able to read it without problems.

Hope this helps,
Frances
