McNeilage

Trying to find information on Mary McNeilage (born Kinning Park).
1891 Census shows her aged 5 with Father ,Charles McNeilage (born in Ayr) both as Boarders to John & Janet Gardiner.
1901 Census shows her aged 15 with the same couple but stated as Granddaughter,no father on this one.
No Birth on SP that fits her age
I cannot find a Marriage that fits for a McNeilage / Gardiner ,nor a Death for the Mother.
Thinking maybe there was no marriage and mother died in childbirth??
Any ideas ?

There is one McNe*lage/Gardiner death indexed on SP in 1889 and a birth in 1886 of a Mary McNei*age at Kinning Park.

Use the wildcards again and you'll find the marriage in 1883.
