Where is his death?

Hi,


I am looking for a death of a James Beveridge but have failed to find him in SP. He was married to Catherine Duncan c 1851. I have no birth details for him but he was born c 1831 in Dunfermline.
I have him in 1841 age 10 in Dunfermline then 1861 married to Catherine Duncan with 4 children. By 1871 Catherine is on the census as married, he is not there. By 1881 she is listed as widowed and then she dies in 1898 age 69 in Bridgeton.
I have searched for his death but have not found him. Has anyone any new ideas for me??
