Hi Biz,

Your best chance of adding any more children to this branch of the family tree is by finding them on the 1901 and 1911 censuses. For the years since 1911, it is a trickier prospect. Possibilities is checking the names of witnesses on marriage certificates, and informants on death certificates - close relatives are often found there.

All the best,

Hello biz,
Judging from your other posts on this man:

I'm supposing that you have found proof that Hugh didn't drown after all, but simply disappeared for awhile before coming back and marrying Mary Williamson. Does the information he gave on his age and parents' names match up on all three marriage certificates and his death certificate?

But still... given Bridget's birth information ("Bridget Miller or King, illegitimate daughter of Margaret Miller, Soft Goods Hawker, Widow of Hugh King, Seaman, Merchant Service, who was drowned at sea about 3 years ago.") it looks like Hugh is not in fact your great grandfather, unless I am missing something in this discussion. No reason why you wouldn't want to research his life anyway, but it looks as though he might not be related to you by blood.

All the best,
Sarah
