death cert problems.....

Hello everyone

Once again I need help with deciphering. On Margaret Waters death cert I can make everything out up to seaman after that I am stuck. Can anyone make out what it is please?

My first look at it gives:

Margaret Waters, widow of John Waters, seaman & late Factor from Government Houses Property at Annfield, Newhaven, Leith.

Apart from anything else it's called "experience" in terms of the many hundreds of register entries (maybe even four figures !!
