No name on Death Certificate.....

Greetings all:

Im puzzled by this entry on Bernard Feenie's death cert, the 2nd entry has no name, and I cannot quite make out the writing, can anyone help with this one???

Oh yeah, and the Bernard Feenie listed isnt mine after all.....I was so close.....

It looks like an unknown female drowned in the Union Canal in Edinburgh. A report was made by the Procurator Fiscal in Edinburgh.

Place of death - supposed to be the Union Canal
Sex: F
Cause of death - Drowning
Informant: Edinr. 30th May 1865, Reported to the Procurator Fiscal, County of Edinburgh, (signed) for the Lothian P.F., George D Brown.
Registered: 1865, June 16th at Edinburgh, Tho. Dick, Registrar.

Looks like it has been counter-signed (by the examining registrar?) in the certificate number box.
