Claire

We'd suggest that you repost these details on www.sctbdm.com as TalkingScot does not really wish to become such an exchange site.

Please see http://talkingscot.com/forum/posting.ph ... st&p=31032

Hi there,

I do also post on SCTBDM (although a little behind in my submissions, granted).

I have only posted my lists here after asking you if it was appropriate to do so... ( viewtopic.php?t=4290 ).

Cheers,
Clare

Hi Clare

Aye weel !!...... no problem at all in your posting this info here, just as long as you realise that the Admin Group of TS, after an ongoing exchange of emails, followed by discussion of the relevant agenda item at the monthly AG meeting last Friday evening, came to the conclusion that this was not an activity that the TSAG considered should be a core activity for TalkingScot.

To that end, and having received assurances from the organiser of http://www.sctbdm.com/ , Sue Lund, in relation to a clearer statement on the site in relation to Crown copyright (now implemented) the AG decided that the TalkingScot policy would be to encourage members to use Sue's site. In turn, Sue will promote TalkingScot.

In other words, by all means continue to post such info on TS, but please don't expect TS to become a major such information exchange.
