It might be worth you while looking for a death certificate shortly afterwards.
I've got a couple of unnamed births and both died soon after birth, one at 12 hours and the other 2 days.

Hi Maddy,
I've come across a few BCs with no forename, and sadly they all died very soon after birth....

Hi Maddy,
Have you found a child on the next census after the birth that matches the year?

It's always so sad to find these pairs of certificates. I can't begin to imagine how painful it must have been to be registering both the birth and death of your child at the same time.
