Thomas Arthur Carpenter Kerr (Glasgow)

Post by jeremy.coker » Fri Dec 01, 2006 6:59 pm

I believe his parents owned a pub in Glasgow (poss. Paisley).
And Thomas' DOB around 1910 or so.

Any info would be appreciated.

I know that he also served in a Scottish regiment during WWII :!: :?:

Hi Jeremy

I have been trying to track down on-line Glasgow Directories for the 1890-1900 period with no joy so far.
That way you could identify his parents, or eliminate them from the search of the Glasgow area.
Paisley library have quite a few local directories too.

Finding recent information can sometimes be more difficult than older info.
Can't offer a local look-up just now as community business has taken over during the festive season.
( I now have a willing Santa and pressies for the children when the lights are switched on ! :D :D )
