Am having trouble uploading a file please could i send it someone so thay can do it for me,its my g-g-g-grannies death cert what i wont to know is the name of the informent i got his first name John just having trouble with his surname many thanks from Ellen

If you are uploading an image to the gallery usually it needs approving by a moderator.

Hi i keep trying to upload it but it kepps saying error what am i doing wrong have looked in the gallery its not there.

You may be trying to upload a file which is too big - in which case you may have to resize it - the instructions on the Gallery page will tell you what the max size is.

Depending on what image software you are using - right click on the screen image when you are viewing it - this should bring in a drop down list of options - one should be EDIT - within that section there should be an option to resize the object - it does not change the phyisical appearance - just reduces the pixles used to make the file size smaller.
