I am wondering fi someone can help me decipher this death certificate. The quality is quite poor. Its mainly the cause of death and place I am having trouble with.

In between the date and Bannockburn, there's the time of the day, -
2h ??m PM. I suspect that you're trying to "see" a placename instead.
The causes of death are -
Chronic Dyspepsia
3 years
Debility
1 month

Hi Andy:
I read it as:

Married to Jane Adam
Died March , 7h (?m) P.M.
Bannockburn
Son of James Stevenson, Carter (deceased)
and Jane Stevenson M.S. Brown (deceased)
Cause Chronic Dyspepsia 3 years, Dibility 1 month
as cert by James (Haliburton?) Surgeon

Had I read your full post,
I could have saved my eyes by focussing on the areas you questioned, but it's all good practice
