Can't find a marriage

I emailed SP who referred me to the GRO because they can do nothing to fix a missed record (if that is the case). However, I went the the GRO page and couldn't see a place to write to. Anyone know?

According to the GROS website, they no longer display e-mail addresses, so you need to use their contact form.

I thought I had heard the end of the matter when I received a letter from the GRO stating they couldn't help me, but then a lovely person named Eileen from Scotland's People has been emailing me back and forth trying to find this record. It hasn't turned up yet, so it looks like they didn't marry, but they were rather persistent with the deception.

What a lovely lot of people there at SP, they really try very hard to sort things out!
