Not an error on a MC and error on a DC

I went searching again for DC of Robert Laurie B 1 Sep 1917 D 9 Dec 1917
As there was only one that fits I view the find only to discover that I had already paid for it previously. I wondered why I didnt have it in my family file, then I realised that my grandfather James Laurie had put his wifes name as Jessie Laurie ms Graham, her ms was Jessie Graham Anderson, her mothers ms was Graham. It just shows what grief can do on the death of a 3 month old wain. :( I knew the information I used to search for him was right, it was my aunt (my dads sister) who gave me a list of the family a couple of years ago when I started this game.

MC Info

When I started to really get into looking at my family I struggled to find my grandparents marriage, the reason being the couple I found had the right details for them but the brides parents were wrong. It turns out that my parental gmother gave her aunt and uncle's details instead of her mum and dad. I have since found out that her mum died a few months prior to the wedding, she was 4 weeks from the birth of her first child and the marriage wasn't welcomed by her father.

The upshot being it looks like she decided to use false info in case any one wanted to check. Quite sad really :(
