Hi Trish

I agree they should upgrade their servers, actually they have always been a bit slow.
As for service records I wish my own had more information on it.

But for those who have AIF members in their families I suppose we cant really complain as it is free.

Hi Hugh - I'm glad you managed to access the site AND find family - I am probably too impatient, but haven't been able to access the search for a few days. You can download the images - which I have done for my close family folks - I often wonder when "economies" may cause some of these sites to be closed! (No faith in government perhaps :( )

I agree, Stewie, it always has been rather slow & they had a bad habit of taking the data base down (presumably for backup) in the wee small hours, so trying late didn't help much :( - this may have changed
