Hi Maggie,

I'll put forward a speculative idea for this one - Honiton.

All the best,

Andrew

Hello Maggie,

See this list http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_places_in_Devon

Could it be Broadhempston? (but written as Broadhamston)

Hi all
I think it is similar to Alan's thoughts: Broadhamston?

Best wishes
Lesley
ah, just noted you had that already Alan - I think that is what it says. "Broadhamston"

Hi All,

I was assuming the line started with the word born, followed by the place name, which I am suggesting to be Honiton. Now having another look, I agree that it is all one word.

All the best,

AndrewP
