They were married in west calder on 9th june 1905, I know they had 1 son John as he registered her death in west calder in 1940 but dont know when he was born and also if they had anymore family

One way to find possible off spring is to do a death search on SP.
surname: Marr Mother's Maiden Surname: Mcnaught gives 2 hits after 1905 both female?
That only works if the mother's maiden name was entered correctly [exact matches only show up] was known and the 'children' died in Scotland.
A woman should be entered under both maiden and married surnames so Marr should in theory pick them up.
Do any siblings show up on John's marriage or death certificates? [if you have them]
Otherwise you'll just have to patiently wait for the 1911 census to be released.
