trying to find anything on william george jones and dorothy anderson married 1944 but possibly divorced by 1956.
married in west kilbride ayrshire.possibly lived in montrose area or auchtermuchty.hopefully with thanks.

When you say you want to "find anything" it would help if you could narrow down what you are looking for and especially what you already have. Do you have his birth record, parents names, marriage and death records? Searching on NAS.gov.uk I don't see a divorce for this couple, but there is one in 1961 and 1962 for someone who looks like she could be Dorothy divorcing a later spouse. I don't want to give the particulars on the forum, since they are so recent, but you can look it up yourself.
