Searching SP's Viewed Images
I find that with the filter searching it sometimes works and other times not. I use Firefox. I'm trying to include all the previously viewed documents for everybody on the tree; why I decided to do that is beyond me but I've started and can't let go. Wait til I get to the ones that I only have hard copies of
The RCE's should be fun

Re: Searching SP's Viewed Images
Hi Dennis
I started to do a similar check but abandoned it when I discovered that we had 86 pages of viewed certificates. I think I will now check whether we have actually downloaded a copy of each and work to a much shorter list of those still to be hard-copied.
I found the filter to be very pernickety about what you entered in the search box. It refused to bring up an answer unless it was typed in exactly as the SP data entry so I resorted to searching by surname only. Even that had limitations if the surname had various alternative spellings. I never did try out wildcards in a search. My be worth a try.
May the gods of patience and forbearance be with you in your task

Re: Searching SP's Viewed Images
It annoys me that they don't have any other ways of searching, like for instance year! I, just as you do Russell, have oodles and oodles of images with the same surname but I quite often remember the year so it would be so much easier to just put the year in and trawl that year but obviously their search engine or whatever it is can't cope with that
