Hi All:
Please help determine what the second cause of death is for sweet baby James, I thought it was pneumonia, however several family members say no, I'm bringing to the experts!
Let me know what you think.

Hi Karen hope this explains it
http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/chheart/care03.htm
What causes the condition of being blue?
Children can turn blue or be blue all the time for many reasons including heart disease, lung or other breathing problems, being cold, or having seizures. Not all children who turn blue have a heart problem. The condition of being blue is known as cyanosis (sy-an-OH-sis). Children with heart disease are blue because compared to other children, a lower amount of oxygen is carried in the blood going to the body. This is known as blue or cyanotic (sy-an-OTT-ik) heart disease. Blueness or cyanosis can be present all the time with certain unrepaired heart problems such as transposition of the great arteries, hypoplastic left heart syndrome, or Tetralogy of Fallot. With Tetralogy (tet-RAL-ah-JEE) of Fallot (FAL-oh), however, children can be pink most of the time but have "blue spells." This message concerns children who are blue all the time

I'm not entirely sure how the process appears to an outsider as I've always been on the Admin side of things
Best wishes
