I have a Death Certificate for John Williamson died 1866, 62 Brown Street, Glasgow. His cause of death is "Uncertain, sudden, no medical attendant". There is no RCE reference in the margin. Is this unusual?
Also the informant is Archibald Williamson, Son and then what looks like
7 Barnkirk W.P.B or H. P. B. Any ideas?
Cheers
Jill

Back then, not unusual for there not to have been an RCE, assuming that there was no concern about the cause of his death.
