Anyone going to Edinburgh please?.....

I am looking for the death of John Jeffrey (possibly listed as John Marah Jeffrey) b1885.
My cousin seems to think he died about 1956 of cancer in Edinburgh Infirmary, as she remembers visiting him with her Mum.

I've checked up to 1955 on SP and he's not there

so it must have been later.

Sorry I'd love to go myself and look up all my Jeffrey lot who suddenly appeared on earth about 1791, but I'm in NZ, so they'll remain elusive for a while.
......And I'm still trying to catch up with the later ones who keep ducking and diving

I was in NRH this afternoon and found the answer for you. John Marah Jeffrey died in 1958 in Glasgow. I will send you the full information by PM.
