Deciphering Lipsett/Malley record.....

I've posted Fanny's death registration as her Mother Mary has had more than one surname

Based on information known before seeing this document, I'm not sure if I'm reading the name after Malley and before Campbell correctly. Can anyone confirm what they see?

Also, would 'formerly' refer to a previous marriage?

Looks like Ross to me.

As for "formerly" it could have been a previous marriage or it could have been another name she was known by. e.g. the name of another family who brought her up.............not her birth parents.
