Hi Elaine,
On the Royal Mail website, I see the three Glencairn Drives.
(1) Glencairn Drive, Chryston, Glasgow, G69
(2) Glencairn Drive, Glasgow, G41
(3) Glencairn Drive, Rutherglen, Glasgow, G73
Try a search for Glencairn drive on www.streetmap.co.uk and you can see the location for each of them.
Looking at these locations, as far as I can see only one of them is in the right general direction to be in Govan Parish or Registration District. That is the Pollockshields one.
The Royal Mail website shows that the current valid addresses there go up to 91 (odd numbers) and 72 (even numbers). Number 70 looks interesting (could the numbering have changed at some time?).

All the best,

Hi Elaine
If you have the 1891 census you should be able to access the header images which will give you a description of where the street is in the district. The names of neighbouring streets should confirm if it is Glencairn Drive in Pollokshields or not.
I used to live in Pollokshields and it was in Govan for parliamentary elections.

Just been in the library and decided to pull out the films for Glencairn Drive.
In 1891 it is in registration district Kinning Park, Civil Parish of Govan, Police Burgh of Pollokshields.
I also found the John Tuddenham you mention in your previous post. As suggested elsewhere the 102 is the number in the schedule. The actual house number was No 60 which is an address that does still exist according to royal mail.
Here is a link to the entry in the 1913 valuation roll for this address
