need help reading a name

Hi, can anyone make out the maiden name of the groom's mother on this wedding certificate. I am having no luck finding James Cambell and Barbara Corrigan other than this marriage.

Looks to me like Marion Campbell m.s.Balmer

And there is a marriage to match that on ScotlandsPeople. Keep the search to all of Scotland. The marriage was not in the same area as James's marriage.

It looks like BALMER to me. There is a death that might be her's in 1893 Bridgeton, Glasgow.

Balmer! I never would have come up with that in a million years.
I know that James and Barbara ended up in Glasgow but I have not found another thing on them and I was clutching at straws but thanks to you I have something else to go on.
