Saw Euans pic today at work, he is a beautiful baby.
Enjoy him, they don't stay that wee for long!
By the way, see you have Kelly listed, so do I, mine originated in Ireland, ended up in Leith!

Thank you everyone for your good wishes. Saw Euan for the first time on Friday. He is just beautiful , tiny but so perfect, can't wait to visit again :D

Bertha my Kelly's also came for Ireland(never been able to establish which part) They settled in Lanarkshire then my grandfather moved to Edinburgh.

My grandfather John Burns Kelly was born in Airdrie in 1893 , married Susan Lister Hume Finnie in 1917 and died in Edinburgh in 1948.

John dropped the name Kelly and from then on the family were known as Burns.I have no idea why he did this.

If you or anyone else reading this sees a connection I would love to exchange details.
