Wilma I use all of the options - which is just as well !

I am actually enjoying searching using the Pilot record search with all the options it springs up - not much for me on it at the moment though.

Well, that was a mind-bender, Tracey!

When I finally got on, I also found that if you entered James Donaldson and Isobel, you get 30 hits; add the year to that and you get only one!

Annette - Thanks for that brilliant observation! All this time I have been assuming that notation just meant that it was continued on, following the line break: I guess mainly because the numbering carries on throughout the entire display.
