No definite facts about Rose, who would have been a cousin to my mother, but never say die.

My Reynolds Family came from Edinburgh. I am sure the brothers James, Rose's father, a brass finisher and John Ross, my grandfather, an upholsterer came to Dumbarton to work either at Denny's Forge or in the case of John, Denny's Shipyard, where he became foreman.

I think if you know the date of death of James death then do a lair search at Dumbarton cementary , if James is there then you might find Rose in with him its worth a shot. Phone Clydebank Crematorium services at West Dunbartonshire council as they hold the burial records for Dumbarton.I think it would be worth a shot.
