I know the feeling

Apart from the fact that my husband was born in Turkey (to a British father whose nationality is based on HIS Great Grandfather being born in MALTA), I also got asked to research my son-in-law's English roots. The fact that the Channel Islands also came into the equation in his line didn't help a lot either

One day the rest of the world is going to see that sites with the foresight of SP and forums like TS will make the planet a much smaller place [-o<

[birthday] [talkingscot]
What a great idea Talking Scot is. I don't know what I would have done without it when I started my genealogical quest over 3 years ago.
Here is to everybody involved in this wonderful forum [cheers]

You can find almost everything here, from problems with [comp-hammer] computers, abducted ancestors, [alien] , to books to read. [book] .

There are a lot of angels here O:) , who will take time out to help you when you are feeling frustrated and mad. [rant] . They will soothe you with their info, which is like having a nice spot of tea. [kettle] .

So let us raise our glasses in a toast to [talkingscot] [scotland-flag] [cheers] . and hope that it will have many more birthdays. [woohoo]

P.S. TS also has lots of cute emoticons.
Sheila
