As you are able to post on TalkingScot, you can send a PM. Two things that I can think of stop a PM from sending - you forgot to put a title in for the PM, or the recipient's inbox is full (and is not set to delete the oldest PMs to make room for new PMs coming in).glencroft wrote:attempted to send pm - not accepted maybe I'm not a member?
