would i get the same information from the FHC as the Mitchell , as this is the year i need for the Greatgrandfathers application for poor relief

Hi Jan
You would need to order that microfilm from your local LDS family history centre - it costs about £2.70 to order it. It would arrive within a few weeks and then you could look at the film at your local centre.

thanks Lesley . i know the date in Feb 1873 , so dont need 1874 ,
think this could be a better option as my Brother has 2 centers near him ,
well once his holidays are over he can maybe do it
at min i have my sons wedding tying me up as its abroad and only 6 more weekends now
