Hi can anyone tell me if Episcopal Church Birth, Death & Marriage records were ever put on OPRs?
Thank you,

Hi Grothenwell
The phrase "OPRs" is usually used when referring to the records of the Church of Scotland. The Episcopal churches in Scotland often did keep their own records of births & marriages (not sure about deaths, not seen any) and many of these records can be found at NAS. They are not online.
Occaisionally the local parish church (CoS) did enter births and marriages of persons from other congregatiosn into the parish records, in which case they would turn up in the OPRs, but often not.
You can search the NAS catalogue online to see if the church you are interested in is mentioned.

You might find something at the Mitchell archives
These archives are a rich source for church history and can also be a wonderful source for the family historian. The archives include:
* Records of baptisms, marriages and burials. Among these are pre-1855 baptismal, marriage and burial registers for seceding and other non-conformist churches which are not included in the Old Parish Registers

Hi Lesley and Ryan,
Please accept my apology for not thanking you for answering my query. I feel really bad about not acknowledging your post. I cannot give you a reason why in this case I didn't, but I am really sorry I didn't.
