how do you upload a file

hi
i need help with this (bit) marriage cert i cant read what the occupation is ,

Hi Jan
At the moment, due to the move to the new server, followed closely by the update to the new forum software, we do not yet have the gallery back up and running, so there is at present nowhere to upload a file to on TS. I can think of two options:

1. Use a web site such as photobucket - http://photobucket.com/
Just upload the file to there and paste the URL into your post so we can all view the image
OR
2. Give us the names of both parties in the marriage, the date, reg distraict and the ref. on SP and with any luck someone may be able to check it for you.

i have the marriage cert , just cant make some of it out , looks like brush , then not
will try photobucket , although thats a laugh me and that site
