Google Books has about 100 past issues of the late lamented Ancestry Magazine online. They cover the period from about 1994 to 2009. They are very easy to read if you use the zoom button and there are many very nice pictures as well.

Unfortunately there doesn’t appear to be a download facility. If you use Firefox and want the image of a particular page scroll to it and do the zoom. Right-click the page and click ‘view page info’. On the Media Tab you’ll see a number of images listed, if you click on them you can see what they are. Download the ones you want via the ‘Save As’ button.
You’ll receive a file that will open only as code because it has a .htm extension. If you change the extension to .jpg you’ll find that it’s just an ordinary photo image in disguise. If you don’t want to play around with changing extensions just open the file in Irfanview or send it there via a right-click and Irfanview will do it all for you. If for some reason Irfanview doesn’t rename the extension it should still open the image and you can do a ‘save as’ a jpg from there.
I’m not sure how you would do that in Internet Explorer without resorting to screenshots.
